1: Your excerpt(s) must be between 1000-5000 words. One shots are allowed and can be submitted in full.
2: Your must edit your work. There is only a Canadian English beta editor (Ice Seraphim) so if you'd like some help send us a note. There aren't any UK and US English beta editors so if you use those spellings/grammar you must make sure there are no errors in your work(s).
3: All content and genres are allowed as long as it follows dA's policy. If there is drug reference/extreme violence/sex, etc. (Sex can't be graphic, just loosly described) then properly label it with a warning. We will rate them based on the excerpt. Inform us if the story has more mature content than in the excerpt or vice versa. Crack fics are allowed!
4: It must be Star Ocean related and must have at least one Star Ocean character in the story.
5: Do not write offence material that is considered an attack on a person or group. Be tolerate to others who share different beliefs and ethnic origins.
6: You must provide a link to your full story that way people can read the rest.
7: Provide a Disclaimer
8: Your work must be fan related; therefore, you cannot show work in which you are being paid for.
9: Do not bash other's work. Tell them why you don't like the work in a positive manner. If you don't like that particular couple, then be tolerating towards others. Pretty much, follow the Golden Rule: "Treat others the way you wish to be treated."
10.Other languages are allowed.
